Our stay here was very nice. the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, delivering good service. Rooms were spotless and a decent size, with comfortable beds and extra mattresses provided. the hotel is conveniently located near the riverside with plenty of restaurants and bars, as well as the Independence Monument and Royal Palace.

Variety of excellent food for meals. Well-maintained room, nicely furnished, with the bath and ALL THE WINDOWS OPEN, as example. Good and perfect location very close to tourist attractions / Clean rooms / There is an AEON shop under the building considered very convenient and independence monument and many restaurants a short tuk-tuk ride away and main attractions, superb base for visiting restaurants and bars near the hotel.

Rooftop bar has great view. Upgraded room with big lounge. Massive room. New and clean hotel. Very central location. Varied breakfast, amazing coffee. Knowledgeable staff, good English. Many transportation options. Well-maintained, clean pool. Good internet connectivity. Rooftop pool has nice views and relaxing atmosphere. good value. Would stay again.

Loved this perfect accommodation with exceptionally polite and attentive staff at the reception desk. the location was magnificent and absolutely perfect in a very nice area, just off bars and restaurants, Independence monument and the river.

The laundry service was overpriced and poorly handled. Manager was unprofessional and lacked customer service skills.

We had a great time here! The location is perfect, with all the tourist sites nearby and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The view from the rooftop restaurant/bar is stunning, especially with the Independence monument in the foreground. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean with all the amenities that we needed, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. We also loved the infinity pool, which had a great view of the city.
We recommend this place to any family visiting this city.
